Project Description: This new 136,000 SF five-story building provides tutoring and computer labs, flexible classrooms, offices, language labs and common spaces serving six once-dispersed departments within a cohesive building design. Sustainable features include bio-swales, pervious paving, motorized windows, chilled beams, floors with radiant heating, rainwater harvesting, lighting control and solar shading.
