Project Description: The campus features 5 new buildings consisting of over 112,000 SF facility includes 38 classrooms, playfields, a full-service kitchen, a lunch shelter, multipurpose building, administrative wing and library. The sitework is maximized due to a basement level providing for faculty parking. Extensive off-site improvements were constructed on all the streets adjacent to the property. The work included sidewalks, vehicle drop-off lanes, street lights and utility connections. Over 1,000 LF of a new main sewer line was installed off-site as part of this project.
