Job Description: Project Manager
Location(s): Southern California       

- Proficient in all superintendent job responsibilities
- Set up and implement job procedures and techniques
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management
- Proactively manage cost-loaded CPM project schedule
- Enforce safety procedures and participate in Safety Training Program
- Manage, train & supervise project team according to company policy
- Develop and maintain good relationship with Owner, Architect and Subcontractors
- Responsible for all aspects of individual project
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Project Manager

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing construction projects up to $50M
- Thorough understanding of all project management control systems including scheduling, cost control, procurement & estimating
- Proficient in computer use and document management
