Description : A Developmental & Construction Agreement between Pinner Construction Co., Inc. and the Los Angeles Unified School District under the authority of Sec.17406 of the CA Education Code. This project involves the development & construction of a new Elementary School & Early Education Center for kindergarten, pre-school, and day care – 8th grades located at 831 N. Bonnie Beach Place, Los Angeles CA 90063.The project involves the new construction of 2 buildings, 3 stories above grade with a 1 story below grade. Elements include a Structural Steel building on a total of 138,469 square feet. At final construction this project will showcase 51 new classrooms, and new 1,276 seat elementary L-shaped school building. Also included is a one story multi-purpose room and kitchen with lunch shelter and roof top playground above the lower play area. The parking subsists of a one level parking structure for 115 parking spaces that will be below grade.
