Title: Site Administrator
Location(s): Anaheim, CA
- Answer telephones, process incoming & outgoing
mail including UPS and FedEx - sort, prioritize and
distribute to staff
- Coordinate and perform a range of
division/department support activities
- Assist with office facilities, as assigned
- Maintain accurate and standardized filing system
- Generate and input daily timecards
- Maintain professional manner with clients and
employees
- Prepare and process project documents (RFI's,
meeting minutes, change orders, logs,
correspondence, etc.)
- Follow job closeout procedures including archiving
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Experience Requirements:- Administrative
experience in the construction industry preferred
- Proficient in computer use and document management
