Job Description: Superintendent
Location(s): Southern California       

- Supervisory & coordination capability of all trades
- Responsible to oversee cost-loaded CPM schedule
- Review all drawings, specifications and subcontractor submittals
- Enforce safety procedures and participate in Safety Training Program
- Attend owner and subcontractor meetings
- Develop Owner and Architect's confidence
- Assure work quality - set standards for quality control
- Prepare necessary reports (e.g. time sheets, daily reports and invoice approval)
- Document and complete all punch list items in a timely manner
- Document final close-out and Owner's acceptance
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Experience Requirements:

- Extensive field construction experience at a supervisory level (minimum 5 years as a superintendent)
- Extensive experience in Concrete construction preferred
- Working knowledge of all crafts (ability to read and understand specifications for all trades)
- Prior experience as foreman or journeyman in at least one trade
- Thorough understanding of all project management, including scheduling, cost control, procurement & estimating
- Knowledge of OSHA laws
- Ability in problem-solving with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in computer use and document management
