Estimating Coordinator Primary Responsibilities

  • Document control
  • Subcontractor prequalification and solicitation management
  • Tracking design review and budgeting deliverables
  • Subcontract execution management
  • Subcontractor bid collection and follow-up
  • Assisting the Pre-Construction team with other administrative support tasks, as required.

Estimating Coordinator Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A minimum of two years of administrative work experience in the construction industry
  • Intermediate to advanced level in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • General knowledge of building construction.
  • Equally important is being very detailed in order to produce accurate work products and a strong desire to be a successful team member.
