The work to be undertaken consists of excavation and construction of a concrete plaza and concrete traffic circle. The work includes demolition of existing infrastructure, clearing and grubbing utility relocation, storm drain improvements, water line improvements, construction of curb and gutter, sidewalks, access ramps, mountable curb, integral color concrete pavement, “lithocrete” color concrete plaza, asphalt concrete roadway, pavers; installation concrete seat walls, entry sign monument, water features, precast concrete benches, directional wayfinding, retractable bollards, banner poles, arbor structures; installation of conduit for fiber, CATV cable, electrical service; installation of street lights, pedestrian lights, palm lighting, “river of light”, lighted bollards and surface mount linear LED; installation of landscape irrigation, trees, shrubs and groundcovers, relocation of existing trees; traffic control, traffic striping, traffic signs, pavement markings, traffic signal modification, and all appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the proposed improvements, in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract documents.
