The project consisted of constructing a new two-story Sheriff”s station expansion wing, a new service station and modernizing the existing facility. The new construction consists of structural steel and wood framing with a brick veneer wall assembly. The modernization included seismic-strengthening, new technology and higher life-cycle beneficial materials.
