This new L-Shaped 75K SF three-story facility offers administrative offices, outdoor learning spaces, flexible classrooms, science laboratories, lecture halls, and a science court. Sustainable features include daylighting, natural ventilation, solar panels, and thermal massing as a means of temperature stabilization. Once completed, the project will have a carbon-neutral status with a 54% reduction in water usage and a 43% reduction in energy.
