This LAUSD project features a 3,875-square-foot new food service building, new student and staff restrooms, new lunch shelter/arcade, new trash enclosure, reconfiguration and improvements to the service and staff parking area, renovation of the existing food service area for faculty dining and support space, demo/hazardous material abatement, ADA upgrades, new fabric shade structure, site utilities including a new fire hydrant, temp freezer/cooler and all work associated with the following; Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Division of the State Architect (DSA), Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), and any other required improvements or mitigations to ensure compliance with local, state and/or federal facilities requirements.
