project description.
This project is multi-phased. The first phase included providing “Interim Housing” units to provide a learning site for the students displaced by the future phases. Phase 1 also included constructing all utility infrastructure systems that would be required by the future phases. Phase 2A included abatement, demolition and soil remediation of an existing Girls Gym and bungalow type classrooms. Phase 2B features the construction of a new 17 classroom two story building and new gymnasium. The final phase includes the modernization of the existing gymnasium and support areas.
