This project includes seismically renovating and providing new HVAC upgrades to the existing auditorium and south gymnasium building. Extensive abatement, demolition, soil compaction grouting, FRP and rough carpentry work is a key part of the upgrades. Reinforcement of shear walls, roof diaphragm, steel truss members upgrades are also major elements of the seismic renovation. Locker room enhancements and gymnasium flooring and bleacher replacement will be provided in the gymnasium renovation.
