This project consists of seismic retrofit and new construction to an existing 58,000 square foot, five-story building with a basement. Improvements include structural steel, concrete, metal studs, drywall, replacement of mechanical systems, new electric traction elevator, fire sprinklers, and upgrades to the building’s electrical and fire systems. Site improvements will also be included as part of the scope.
