This project consists of but is not limited to the following items for Building “C” Maintenance; remove and replace HVAC units, remove and replace roofing system, overflow drains, roof drains, painting (areas affected by demolition/construction), remove and replace soffits above teaching walls, remove and replace acoustical ceiling panels (areas affected by moisture damage or construction/demolition), replacement of the existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems associated with the HVAC units, upgrade low voltage and signal systems.
