project description.
This project consists of upgrading and modernizing the mechanical, electrical and plumbing building systems within both buildings, reconfigure and renovating existing obsolete laboratories, support and office areas on the forth and fifth floors of Boyce Hall and third floor of Webber Hall. A new exterior generator will also be installed as part of the project. The facilities will remain in operation during construction.
