project description.
This project is a complete rebuild of the 50-year old campus. The new design features seven contemporary buildings spanning over 152K SF on more than 13 acres. Special attention will be given to use of natural light by way of windows and skylights. Sustainable features such as water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient heating & air conditioning and drought-resistant landscaping. The facility will feature multi-story classroom buildings for grades 1-5 and 6-8/administration, a library, a kindergarten building, a gymnasium and a multipurpose room/cafeteria adjacent to a 250-seat auditorium. The site work features new playground areas, dining facilities and parking lots/drop-off zones.
