Construction Manager for three different projects at the following campuses: Emerson, Roosevelt, & Washington. Pinner Construction drafted all prime contractor bid packages. All trade packages were coordinated with one another via a detailed Summary of Work, construction schedule (utilizing lean management tools), logistic plans and pre-bid conferences. All contracts were held directly by Burbank USD.
