Remove existing radiant panel HVAC systems from three two-story buildings and three single-story buildings. The radiant HVAC systems will be replaced with new AHUs in the two-story buildings and with new FCUs in the one-story buildings. The central plant will be upgraded with a new pump and associated piping to supplement the existing system. Minor modifications will be made to existing rooms to accommodate the new AHUs. New storage rooms will be constructed on the two-story buildings as a result of the existing being displaced by the new AHUs.
