On January 10, 2012 DSA approved the Pinner Construction Design-Build construction documents for Building “A” (a new 2 story classroom building), Building “B” (a new state-of-the art gymnasium) and the modernization of Building “C” (classrooms and team rooms). Construction of this phase of the re-development project began the following day. Pinner Construction had already completed subsequent phases which included the construction of an interim housing compound, abatement, demolition and contaminated soils removal required to clear the site for the new classroom and gymnasium buildings.
