project description.
This project includes the construction of a 49,000 square foot sports facility to replace the existing, aging structures. The new facility will include a new indoor pool, gymnasium and support space. The scope of work also includes the rehabilitation of the existing tennis building. Site improvements include landscaping, infrastructure and parking lot improvements to the southern portion of the project. The project will achieve at least LEED Silver as accredited by the USGBC.
