Pinner managed the construction for this recently completed $9.5 million renovation, which includes two lighted, artificial turf sports fields, a Sea Kings-blue track, new scoreboard, 664-seat bleachers and fencing. The project involved the demolition of the existing grass football field and rubber track, construction of a new football field with synthetic turf and a new nine-lane rubber track. There were also two additional fields constructed featuring a boys and girls soccer/lacrosse synthetic field with adjacent synthetic warm-up field. Other amenities include bleachers, a new Daktronics scoreboard, secluded shot-put area, discus area, pole vault, and long jump/triple jump pits. Pinner collaborated with the District to effectively manage construction among three different contractors and the design team to successfully deliver the new sports facility.
