This project consists of the demolition of existing site conditions, the modernization of an existing 85K SF three story classroom building and the modernization of a lunch shelter. Site work includes, utilities, site concrete, masonry, asphalt, striping, irrigation and landscaping. Work at the existing building includes windows, steel railings, casework, doors, fire sprinklers and M.E.P. work.
