The project scope included major renovation of the courtrooms and offices on five different floors while keeping all other floors/courtrooms operational during the renovation. The work included selective demolition, hazardous material abatement, new fire sprinkler system, new HVAC system, new fire alarm, new electrical system, earthquake infrastructure improvements and complete interior remodel of finishes.
