project description.
This project consists of constructing a new 29,000-square foot, 367-seat theater and performing arts building. The facility includes a state-of-the-art theatrical audio-visual system, black box studio and highly sustainable features. The primary structure consists of structural steel columns and beams, with brace frame lateral systems, metal roof deck, and concrete-filled metal deck at the mechanical well. The exterior skin consists of aluminum curtain wall, portland cement plaster and brick veneer.
