This project consists of clearing the site/demolishing existing improvements. Grading and installing new site utilities, street lights, and electrical. The road will be constructed with new AC paving and associated striping/signage. Adjacent areas will receive new site concrete walks, chainlink fencing, landscaping and decomposed granite.
