Pinner collaborated with the District and, as the construction manager, utilized two different delivery methods and design teams to successfully deliver this new aquatic facility. The project consisted of the demolition of an existing pool, construction of a new aquatic center and modernization of existing locker rooms and coaches offices. It was delivered in two phases: 1) construction of a 50-meter, Olympic-sized swimming pool, and 2) tenant improvements to existing facilities. The second phase mostly consisted of improvements and new rooms in existing school buildings. New locker rooms were built and shower stalls were renovated. The coaches also received a renovated office, equipment room, and aquatics team room.
