This project consists of the construction of a new charter school on an existing non-educational site. Work includes the demolition of existing site structures and over-excavation per geotechnical and regrading for the new K-8 campus. Construction of 20,000 square feet of underground parking, 13,000 square feet of administration buildings, a 10,500 square foot MPR/GYM, and 30,500 square feet of two-story classroom buildings. The project also consists of methane mitigation systems, new landscaping, storm drainage, utilities and sitework.
